Certificate of Insurance requirements
Your lease requires you to maintain commercial general liability coverage at the limits it specifies, and to name Reynolds & Brown as additional insured. Submit an updated Certificate of Insurance at every renewal or whenever your policy changes.
Your certificate should show
- Commercial general liability at your lease's limits
- Reynolds & Brown named as additional insured
- Current effective and expiration dates
