  1. 1) When engaging in Expressive Activity at the shopping center, you must have a copy of this approved application with you at all times.
  2. 2) Expressive Activity is limited to the designated area only.

I agree that the Organization indicated above and all persons involved in the Activity assume all risk and liability for their acts/omissions while on the Shopping Center and agree to hold the Owner and Property Manager harmless and to fully indemnify the Owner for any damages, attorneys' fees and costs relating to said acts/omissions.
